I met Rich several years ago when he found my brother a beautiful place that check all the boxes. So when it was time for me to look for a house, I didn't hesitate in getting in touch with him. As a first time home buyer, his guidance throughout the process helped me immensely and his knowledge of houses weeded out many poor options.
