If we could rate Rich Mundle a 100 star for this review, we would have done so! We chose Mundle after our house had been on the market for three and a half months. Rich provided relevant staging strategies and market analysis to help us in selling our beautiful home in Edmonton within a month of listing. He kept us informed every step of the transaction and was handy as well. He demonstrated professionalism, dedication, expertise, and knowledge throughout the process. Mundle responded quickly and concisely to each and every inquiry. We would certainly call on him for any future real estate transactions in Edmonton and also recommend him to anyone in the market whether buying or selling.

I met Rich several years ago when he found my brother a beautiful place that check all the boxes. So when it was time for me to look for a house, I didn't hesitate in getting in touch with him. As a first time home buyer, his guidance throughout the process helped me immensely and his knowledge of houses weeded out many poor options. He was also there for me evenings and weekends as I work out of town, he told me he doesn't treat this as a 9-5 job and will be there day or night to get the job done.
