I met Rich several years ago when he found my brother a beautiful place that check all the boxes. So when it was time for me to look for a house, I didn't hesitate in getting in touch with him. Rich was very helpful in selling our home. He acted quickly to get the process started asap. He was available and easy to contact via phone and text, and kept us informed throughout every step of the process. He even helped deal with the tenants of the house we were selling. He provided us with realistic expectations, and told us what to expect with the sale. He is not the type to give promises he can't keep, but rather gave excellent advice throughout!
