I met Rich several years ago when he found my brother a beautiful place that check all the boxes. So when it was time for me to look for a house, I didn't hesitate in getting in touch with him. As a first time home buyer, his guidance throughout the process helped me immensely and his knowledge of houses weeded out many poor options. Rich worked with us to find the perfect home and went above and beyond to show us multiple homes before we found the perfect one. He is knowledgeable, honest and professional. Communication was excellent, Rich was quick to respond to emails and texts when we were selecting properties to view. Appointments for viewing were made pretty much same day if there was availability. Rich also goes above and beyond with the finalization of the home purchase, providing referrals for mortgage brokers, Real estate lawyers, etc. He worked closely with our mortgage broker to ensure all the documents were submitted on time and kept us informed through the process.
